COVID 19-NC Order 121

  • We cannot enter the customers house. 
  • No new clients accepted until the order is lifted (sorry!).
  • Dogs will have to go immediately into tub upon receiving them. If their coat does not permit doing that (ie: if coat is matted) we will have to reschedule for when order is lifted (NO EXCEPTIONS!).
  • Maintain social distancing while picking up and dropping off furry friends (if you have a face covering please use it as we will be).
  • Please do not approach van to inquire about services (check our website instead).

If you wish to be on the waiting list for when appointment times become available please complete the form below. We are typically not able to answer calls when they come in, as we are either driving to appointments or in the midst of grooming our furry friends, and cannot get back to your right away. Due to the extreme amount of requests we receive it may be a few days before we can get back to you but we are working on improving our response time.

Our schedule is typically very full and cannot guarantee a specific date and time will be available for you, we will do our best to meet your needs. Our services are in high demand and our schedule is extremely full, so booking appointments must be done far in advance to ensure availability. We are currently booking at least three months in advance of appointments.
